Quick documents production but not convenient location for it.
You need better indication at your office in airport with maps and explanation about how to reach your location where is the car.

The overall service and the car are really good. What I have not appreciated:
-even if you make a full insurance with booking this is not enough since in case of damage you have to pay them and ask the refund to booking, otherwise you have to buy an additional insurance from them for 36€.
- you have to pay 18€ for cleaning service. This pice is crazy and should be clarified upfront and not when you check in the car.
