When I dropped my car, your agent discovered that I had a scrach on the whell. And I have never noticed that when happened and where happened. He told me at least that if I had the premium insuranse it covers. The road quality in Bulgaria and in Macedonia is very bad, Maybe because f that it happened and I never understood.

Nos atendieron muy bien con todo tipo explicaciones,además una de las chicas hizo el esfuerzo de hablarnos en castellano , muy amable.

Nos ha atendido perfectamente, incluso ha llamado al taxi para que no lo tuviéramos que hacer nosotros. Tuvimos un problema al pasar con el coche por el parking del aeropuerto, nos cobraron 2,5 euros cuando tenía que haber sido gratis, y se ha ofrecido a hacernos el reembolso, un gesto muy de agradecer.

Si contratas con una empresa externa , es mejor no contratar con ellos el seguro total y hacerlo en el momento de la recogida con la propia empresa, la fianza es menor y al devolver el coche se recupera .
