Todo ha ido muy bien, sin problemas con el coche y todo correcto en los trámites. Agradecer que hemos podido devolverlo un día antes (no ha habido devolución de ningún importe por lo que entiendo que no corresponde) y sobre todo, la ayuda de Rotislav con la petición de un taxi para volver.
Nos hubiera gustado coger el coche dos horas antes el primer día pero no se nos permitió porque nos indicaron que no estaba preparado y tuvimos que esperar, lo cual fue bastante incómodo con las maletas y las niñas. También nos hubiera gustado que las sillas infantiles estuvieran montadas.

Coche utilitario para familia de hasta cuatro personas. Maletero aceptable. Cuenta con cierta tecnología de seguridad y pantalla para el navegador. Potencia muy limitada pero suficiente para ir sin prisas

It is a solid little car with excellent fuel efficiency. The clutch is a little jumpy and takes some getting used to, even for an experienced manual transmission driver. The vehicle is also slightly underpowered going up long, step hills. I'm not sure if I would buy this model, but it was a pleasure drive as a rental.

Service can be better. It was ok. On arrival the transfer driver did not take all of the family to the office. They needed to wait until I get the car and came back. Not good with small kids.

Danie is good. But the service needs to be faster. Too long for all the paper work.
Valentino was ok. We almost missed our flight because of the service. The drop off was confirmed at 07:00 we arrived at 07:15 noone was there. It took time and phone calls until Valentino came. Then he checked the car, charged 30 Euros for the gum on the seat!!! It was never said that the car needs to be clean at the drop off. Looked like he did it because he knew that we are late for the flight and will not argue. Then he went to check another car when we explained that we will miss the flight. His answer was: If he will not go to that lady, she will angry of him. At 8:00 another 2 guys arrived and Valentino took us to the airport. We arrived to check in desk only at 08:15. We will use again your services only if we will have a flight during the day.
