There was no office in Plovdiv BUL. So I couldn’t arrange papers to cross the border which costed me a penalty of 300 Eur. ( nobody tolled my you had to book that 3 days in advance en nobody tolled me the fine was 300 E. If the Guys at the AirPort have sad this i wouldn’t go! Now i drive to the border ( thinking i could get papers there ) but the borderpatrol Said iT was fine and let me in.

The person who was supposed to meet me at the airport was late. I had to make several phone calls and was told that should wait outside for a bus, which passes every 5 minutes. In my case it didn’t pass for 30 minites. When it finally arrived, i was told a different story, namely that someone was waiting for me inside, and that this someone was there on time. This the deiver of the late bus could guarantee, because as he put it, he himself left his colleague at the airport 12:30. Basically he almost told me that i am lying. Even if the guy was there ontime, he had hidden himself extremely well inthe 20 m2 of the arrivals on terminal 1, because we ( 2 people ) kept searching and could not find him.
So the pick up started with quite unpleasant experience.
The car otherwise was good and the drop off was very good.

pick up in bourgas airport very fast and easy. dorp off in sofia difficult to find the drop off its not in the terminal . say this before you need to drop off the car where to go

The car wich we get was crashed and the information led is flashing all the time but there wasnt any problem

Rental time was excessive. Employee wasn't aware how to complete documentation w/Io assistance. Unable to give any assistance as to directions. Overall attitude was blasé. No advance notice that there would be a charge if exterior of car was dirty. Excessive charge for driving out of country.
