Оцінка послуги:
good
Everything was excellent, except one thing.
I got a mobile hotspot and I asked if it is unlimited. I got told that it is. After a few days the hotspot was extremely slow so I phoned the hotline. On phone I got told that I have reached the 20GB limit. After a few hours I got a callback that I can pickup a new device in Varna. That would be a 1h drive for me.
Why do I have to pay daily when the hotspot is limited by data?!? That makes no sense. Normally you either you charge per GB or you charge by time. But you charge by time and limit by GB. So I paid a few days for the hotspot without the chance to use it.
Beside this everything was good and I am happy with your service.

The car and service were great, BUT the tires are terrible. There was no grip on the road. I drove in the city, I drove in the mountains during the rental. These were the worst winter tires I have ever used in my life!

When signing a contract to receive a car, I presented to Mr. Venislav the voucher of Ryanair for renting a car include full protection insurance. However, Mr. Vencislav gave me incorrect information that I do not have full insurance. To do it, I need to pay 13 euros for each day. In total I paid 117 euros. So I paid for full protaction twice to the Ryanair and to Toprentcar. This is the fourth time I have used the services of your company and I want to continue this. Please solve the problem. BR. Michael Akselrod.

Good car, although, there is a problem with the fuel sensor showing always different values. The Toprentacar team is aware of the issue and seem to be flexible about it.
I have used TopRentaCar for several years now and before i had 2 hours bonus for giving back the car in case i was stuck in traffic or something else, but his time i had to pay 1 rent day because I was late with 1 hour.... does not seem fair! If TopRentaCar want to keep theirs clients, has to be more flexible than that.
