Drop off in general: The Sofia Airport facility of Toprentacar is very badly signed. No single company-logo on the whole way outside or in the parking-house, even no floor numbering (where exactly to go -4 when you don't see a number). Please add signs, indicators, a big table at the entrance "here are the following car rental companys .... please drive down till last level (-4) Your next customers will like it...
