Easy ordering process online.
Polite, responsive and eloquent staff.
The WiFi device is brilliant and highly recommended!
The returning process was easy, but finding the underground parking place in Varna was painfully difficult and complex. Please find a better place... or put up signs... or replace the location on GoogleMaps...

Thank you Nikoleta!
Picked us up by chance when we were looking for the correct location to return the car and was patient with us. We were thankful for his help with Taxis!

If you wish to drive on both highways and mountain roads, this is the perfect car for you! Especially if your a tall or bigger person...
NOT suited for country ruble roads because this is no 4x4 Jeep.

The terms and conditions were different than the ones that I’ve seen in Booking.com. 1) The insurance policy was not clear. I have to pay all the costs of the car repair, without limit. 2) the blocked amount of money on my credit card was 800 leva instead of 300 euro as mentioned in the Booking .con.

There were cables outside, just near the break pedal. I had to be careful about them. I got tire pressure warning. I pumped air and after a day it repeated.

The worst rental company I purchased from.
You charge me 150€ for driving to Greece Even though I mentioned in the reservation and I received confirmation when I return the car the address wes not clear and the car gps took as to another place so we got late for 30 minutes and you charge me for half day rental.

Couldn’t have been better
Inflexible and not interested in customer relations, the fact that I’d been a loyal customer for some 15 years was of no interest to him
