Extremely helpful agent. When we came to pick up our car it was late hour, due to our late flight. I could see Teodor was a bit tired, nevertheless he was very polite, friendly and professional. We had a smooth and easy journey to collect our car.
I've never had such an easy journey returning the car. Daniel was polite, fast and helpful. 100% satisfied with the service!

very bad

hello I tried to travel to Bulgaria and Turkey, but I was unable to cross the Turkish border due to missing documents and had to return. I don't know why the documents were missing, but there seems to be a communication problem. This problem messed up my trip and doubled the cost of the trip. However, no compensation was received for the damage. So I have no choice but to give it the worst score.

For pickup I had to wait some time
After returning the vehicle, I requested the documents office in advance to board the plane and was able to use the quick return service.

Vehicle condition and performance were superb, However, on the way home, the tire pressure warning light alarm was displayed, so I was anxious. As a result of inquiring with the rental car company, they answered that there was no problem in driving, but I was worried.
