Бих препоръчал при възможност да се вземе алтернативния автомобил от Renault, който е в същият финансов диапазон. По-добре разположени и интуитивни бутони за функциите, които автомобила има.

Very efficient and helpful service. Zhelyazko, the agent brought it to our hotel in Obzor and when I asked, he was very helpful with telling us places of interest to visit so our experience with the agent was excellent. The Car was super clean with only 5835 km on the clock. We were told that we had to give it back in the same clean condition which is fair enough. I gave an overall ‘good’ rather than ‘excellent’ rating only because car washes which are available are few and far between so we ended up having to go to one in Sunny Beach. The car interior may have been clean enough as we didn’t bring anything dirty, wet or sandy into the car. However, due to the policy of returning the car in the same clean condition, we thought best to get it cleaned just to make sure so we ended up spending a good portion of our last day driving around to find a car wash… which is not necessarily what you want to be doing whilst on holiday. Perhaps the policy could flex a bit to take the low amounts of car washes available into consideration. After all, not so easy for foreigners to locate these. Vladislav, the agent who collected the car from us was equally helpful.

It was a little tricky to find the right agent at the airport, but then the handover-process went well. We had to pay extra cleaning fee at the return of the car as there was sand on the seats etc. It was basically ok as it was written in the details of the contract. But it would bee good to get that pointed out at the pick up of the car. I have rented many cars before. But I had never to clean one before return.

very spacy car. Not the best driving comfort, but ok for a “transporter” with 9 seat. We loved the font row with space for three.

They spoke good English, were quick and fare.
It is a pity they didn't explain to us how to find information about how to use the navigator, the sighns on the dashboard, the way the lights work etc.

As I wrote in the above statement.
Ok. Quick and fair. I hope he informed the headquarteres about the problems we had with the WiFi equipment that didn't charge.

It is a good car but a bit low. With the bumps and holes in the roads of Bulgaria you have to be very carefull and attentive.
