Airport service is very slow, took me a 20 min in line. and then i maet Stefani in the parking lot, She provides some of the best service I have met, smiling, polite, very good English, informative with extensive knowledge of the vehicle and the various systems.
In Burgas, when I returned the car, I was met by two very nice young people, fast and courteous service

The Renault Clio is surprising for a compact car. Its well designed and comfortably seated 4 adults with 4 carry on size bags in the hatch trunk.
