The contract is (still) quite unclear when it comes to CDW and TP with/without full insurance coverage. The contract does not say exactly the same thing that your website headlines. Your colleagues are also somewhat confused. This part of the contract needs to be re-written.

The automatc gearbox of the Clio V model is not one of the most refined on the market. The automatic model is really for those only who cannot drive manual cars. Other than that the Clio V is an amazing car, it is as big as a Golf or Megane two generations earlier, and it is especially great that Toprentacar's Clios are high-trim versions with all major extras from excellent headlights to cruise control, from an effective (automatic) A/C to a 3D parking radar, from Bluetooth connectivity to a smoothly operated and reliable navigation system. The 3-cylinder gasoline (benzin) engine is fun to drive with enough torque for every situation.

Rental process is very straightforward at the airport and well thought through. I appreciate the emails sent before the rental containing just the right amount of information. I dont appreciate that I was charged full day rent for 2 hours delay in returning the car. This is especially true as i picked up the car 6 hours later than intended (i picked up at 4pm, was scheduled for 11am). Website doesn't say anything about it at the time of booking - i simply selected 11am to 11am by default to get the price for 24 hours rent. Car did NOT have full tank and I have a picture at the time of taking it. I was assured by the staff its the matter of sensor not showing as super full, but ehen I returned it and put full, it was showing nicely full with the same sensor. Anyways, a matter of 2-3 liters.

Not applicable. Svetoslav did both check in and drop off.
Svetoslav is an intelligent and experienced person but he shouldnt be in customer facing role. His attitude is a bit off and I dont think he is happy in his role for whatever the reason might be (not saying he is bad in it however). I had a few questions and the answer to every question was full of sarcasm for some reason: Question: Oh, the car is not diesel? Answer: Well, if you wanted diesel you should have asked for it at the time of booking Question: (after 10 mins of waiting to return the car) Excuse me, do I return the car to you or I need to go upstairs? Answer: Well I was busy with another customer, but as you can see, I am literally taking the papers for your car return. Svetoslav: you are returning the car late, there is a fee to be paid Me: OK, but by the way, I called your call centre twice yesterday to explore lease extension options and nobody picked up so i selected the option to be called back but wasnt. I only managed to contact staff around 9pm, but she told me its emergencies only Him: Sir, please don't call the contact centre at that hour as we really do have emergencies. Bottomline: he is an asset to your company and understands your business well, but I wouldn't rent a car from you again of he would be doing pick up or drop off.

So! The people, the human part. Always top notch! The guys are nice and explain all. But this new STUPID rule of the 80% charge of the car…really? This is THE BEST WAY, to lose customers. And you will. No doubt. Might not be today but you will. Management screwed badly and will make the others pay for their ignorance. There are not many charging station in Sofia, you might think otherwise but it is a sad reality. Around the airport even less. So…WTF a customer has to do? I had to read a car and stop somewhere on the highway to charge 100% (the car suggest 80% for optimal duration of YOUR battery) and come to the airport. Are you nuts?

Оцінка персоналу:

We rent a lot from you guys but was the first time with Hristo. Super nice, with very good knowledge of the rules and explained all.
Nice fella. Sorry that we were a bit harsh about the 80% new charging rule. Wasn’t your fault man!

The car is AWESOME! We rent it 4 times and now think if we want to kee it that way or change company. The new rules of leaving the car with 80% charge is pure BS. But the car is super!

Dear Marina, Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. We are very glad to hear, that you liked the electric VW ID.3 and appreciate that you continue renting it with us. Thank you for your kind words about our colleague, we will pass along your comments to him. We are sorry to make you feel frustrated about the new rule for charging the battery. Please, note that this new term is the same as for standart vehicles with fuel - full to full. You are receiving the vehicle with full battery, charged from previous customer and this rule was implemented in order to shorten time between reservations, so the electric vehicles can ve available more often. We are sorry for the inconvenience it caused. We also wish the network of charging station to grow in Bulgaria. We hope to see you again.
