Customer manager at the Burgas airport was very kind and considerate. For quite a modest price the car was really new and in excellent condition. I would recommend the services of this company to anyone looking for a car hire in Bulgaria.

we booked via wizz air and avis but the check in desk for avis was closed when we arrived at the airport. we spoke to top car to see if they knew what we had to do and they told us the booking was with them. it would be useful to know this in advance to ease the anxiety that we had paid the money but no car available. the agent at the desk was very helpful
there were no instructions given as to what to do when dropping off the car at the airport. we left it where we picked it up from and went to the desk but again some form of communication would be welcome. again the agent at the desk was very helpful

Оцінка послуги:
very bad
I brought the car back full of diesel. The gauge was not working properly. I filled up twice once when I entered Sofia and again as I noticed the top line on the gauge was not working. I use your company at least 4 times a year. I am a very good customer. I will never use your company again I am disgusted

So friendly and knowledgeable. Very patient with us even though we got the return date mixed up. A really good representative for your company. I have never had such a good experience with a car hire company.
