Pleasant team. It helped me with my hiring experience. It's a shame the terminal office shuts at 7 pm - but you can get the shuttle bus (free) or walk to the office (10 mins). I would use it again and recommend it,

Very professional, saw the fuel discount cards were not in the wallet and provided us with some.
Very quick and polite checked the bus and we were on our way 15 mins after drop off, perfect when 4 young children are with us.

I rent cars abroad in Bulgaria very frequently. TOP offer very good prices and a great service. I've learnt the hard way, you can save a few pounds with a cheaper company but the service and car you end up with are two different things. You only get what you pay for.
