Whilst the car performed ok it was a bit past its sell by date. It was heavily scratched, burn marks on the seats and 167000 on the clock. The SAT NAV froze twice but otherwise ok.

The car was spot clean. Thank you.
May be you could consider providing a complimentary touristic town plan of Sofia inside the car for your tourist customers as I feel that this would most certainly be a very much appreciated extra service by all. I was offered one at my hotel on my arrival and that was very nice

This is nothing to do with this survey, but I may have left my light blue sport jacket in the boots of the car. If found please contact me on this email "pierre.lumiere@hotmail.com" or on my mobile phone "+44 7772 990 114". I have friends in Sofia who will be happy to come and collect it. Thank you and please let me know one way or the other. Thanks again!

When approached, no one picked me up, as it was said. In addition, I found it uncomfortable in the night as a woman alone in the parking garage -4 to go. This is a bit scary right after arriving in a foreign country.

The service was great, the car was clean and in full working order. The only problem I had was the missing OMV top-up card that was supposed to be provided with the car.

The car was good, but the boot was a bit too small. Definitely the right car for a busy city center. The small engine proved to be less economical than expected.

The front desk reps. were efficient and helpful.
It was also nice that they did not try , as many do, to push upgrades and extra insurance at me.

A 10 minute wait to take over the rental. The representative was knowledgeable and helpful.
A 30 minute wait for one of two representatives to hand the car back. There were crowds of people waiting to return or take over vehicles. The reps. worked hard to keep up but were just snowed unter by the numbers. At some time this will lead to an accident. It will also turn potential customers to shy away if they fear delays which could lead to missed flights.
