Оцінка послуги:
good
Overall the rental process was smooth and the staff was polite and professional.
The only disappointment was an additional late service fee applied despite an early return due to a flight reschedule.
I hope the company will consider more flexibility in such situations in the future.

The car was clean and technically fine.
The overall experience was slightly affected by an additional late service fee
applied despite an early return due to a flight reschedule.
Apart from this, the rental process was smooth and the staff was professional.

Car was excellent, as described, Staff has excellent manners, very polite and helpful at the Sofia head office branch.
There was no reversing camera in my car and I am used to the reversing camera. Beside this everything was EXCELLENT. I am definitely going to hire only with TOPRENTACAR.

WoW Stefan is a gentleman. He was absolutely 100% helpful, calm, curteous, polite, he explained everything in an excellent manner. He also answered extra questions I had. He also gave me information on the discounted fuel cards that are a part of each TopRentACar dashboard.
Svetoslav was very helpful in explaining the return of the vehicle terms and conditions. He appropriately charged my card after examining a minor tip at the back bumper. In the end he was not worried about the car but was worried about my safety that I was OK! That felt very good that they are worried about their customers more than their cars, bravo.
