I've used TopRentaCar several times now and am planning to do so again in the future. It's been a positive rental experience every single time.

This car model is perfect: not too big, not too small, comfortable fit for people and luggage and drives very smooth, both in the city, on the countryside or in the mountains.

Everything went well, only when we brought the car back your employee noticed a bump underneeth the door on the driver’s site, that we didn’t see when we picked the car up. Now I am waiting for the refund of the deposite, but I assume that will happen very soon.

He didn’t see a bump in the car (underneeth the driver’s door).
But I also didn’t notice that.
He spoke very softly, so he was hard to understand.
He was friendly and saw the bump in the car. He tried to find it in the pictures of the car, but didn’t find anything. When you look at the place of the bump it is obvious that it is an older problem and I assume that the deposit will be returned. He said that I would receive a mail from your firm in 1 or 2 days, so I hope everything will be handled well soon.
