I am more than 10 years cmient with top rent a car, firdt time such event! Emoilian explained that as we did not get the top rent car insurance we will have to pay a 80 eur fee for some invisible scratches, I took photos in order to sue your company in Sofia court where my friend minister will be happy to help on th process for such inacceptable behaviour; even if the crisis period partly explain that the young guy emilian is getting a bonus when he is doing such (drop of imaginery car damages) additional income for no reason. Very disapointed and I will take some of my time to publish oall documents and photos on social network, very awkard strategy to give them a bonus to the act like this!

Top Rent A Car:
Dear Mr. Boubeguira,
Thank You for Your feedback!
We are very happy to have you as our long-term customer and we are sorry that you had to deal with unforeseen expenses during the return of the car.
We understand that such situations are never pleasant, but as our loyal customer, you know that we never allow ourselves to charge a client unreasonably.
You returned the car with scratches on rear right spoiler and roof in rear right without a protocol from the police.
Our colleague acted solely on the basis of the terms of the contract and did not take money from you for non-existent damage. We always carefully select staff and all our representatives are professionally trained. We always check our cars before and after the rental and we also have a photo report of each new and old damage.
We hope that you will change your mind about us and we will be glad to see you again as our client.
We remain at your disposal.
Sincerely,
Top rent a car
