Iliqna was verry nice. She recomended me a Ford Fiesta since i was going to drive in the city and we were only 2 people in the car. She was quick and fast. Didnt used long time or hours to make the contract and give me the car. She also had a smile from when i came to her and til i left.

She cant be more perfect then she is.
I dont know if she was stressed or what. But this madam was rude. I filled up the tank in the most nearby gas station and when this madam was looking at the car she said that the tank wasnt full. So i had to drive all the way back to the gas station to fil up gas for 8LV. Maybe she need to refresh her english? It was a bit hard for her to understand what i was saying.

If you are going to deive in the city center then Ford Fiesta is perfect. But for long trip you should maybe choose a car with some bogger engine.

I liked the car’s engine, and gearbox. But you shouldn’t propose a new car in such a poor choice of options for rental. I can understand the lack of GPS, but not the lack of parking radar. Good I always take the full insurance, but otherwise one would panic every time he parks.

Good customer service with misleading info on webpage. Would have really appreciated if your webpage disclosed the fact that the insurance coverage was through a 3rd party not Top rental and involved fees that would be tagged on top of the fee for full coverage paid to Top rental in case of an accident. Staff was misinformed about the fact that US citizens can rent cars in Bulgaria with a US license and tried to refuse me the rental! Otherwise friendly and helpful! Blagodaria! Thank you!

Staff are "run off their feet". You need to employ more of them. They do their best and are very polite but their is a long wait for their services.

This chap did not organise my pick-up. He was there when I dropped off the car. I was disappointed I could not re-book straightaway for March 2019.
I don't think this looks like the Aleksandr, a Trainee, who saw to my returning the car. I had to wait ages, but it was not Aleks' fault. You just need to employ more staff. There's such a swift turnaround, perhaps working conditions or pay are not good enough?
