Pickup was slow as computer system crashed and a lot of people were left hanging around at the airport but all got sorted out eventually Drop off took too long and we were just in time for our flight thanks to one of your lads jumping in the mini bus and taking us to the terminal after another one of your lads left us sitting around

I did not like when I found that the car is not equipped with active GPS system. I ordered the car with GPS. We picked up a car late at night and I relied on GPS to find the way to our hotel. We'll be glad if the declared rebukes are considered by the management and the service level is fixed appropriately. I mean the GPS issue and the incident at the car drop-off.

Everything was decent besides the GPS issue that I described above.
Unexpectedly I was asked to pay 25 euro for checking the car out of the working hours. When I picked the car up I was told just to park the car at the parking lot and return the keys to the office when I will drop-off the vehicle. That is why I conclude that this was the tricky way to make me overpay. It smells pretty bad for the respectful rent a car company.
