This company just does a proffesional job, with motivated, kind and customer-orientated staff.
Starting form the the agent's ( Nikoleta / Dimitar ) including the transfer drivers.
Only the transfer org. from terminal 1 to Main office need to be optimized by promoting contact's ( Whatsup / Signal / Viper ) for the drivers to be able to contact. The english speeking central tel. service from UK did not work on Monday 19.5. 17:00-18:00 P.m.

everything was OK. It's about a 5-10-minute walk from the office to your car. The car is then in an underground garage. It's a bit dark, but OK. You can see enough when the garage lights turn on automatically.
Оцінка персоналу:

Very friendly staff, explains everything you need to know. 👍
It's very easy to return the car. Call maybe 10 minutes in advance, and an employee will come and inspect the car. Everything was fine, very friendly guy 👍

The website is also available in German, so choosing a car is very easy. I picked up the car from the city office in Varna. Please pay attention to where you want to pick up the car.
