Everything was good with the renting of the car. Just a bit disappointed when, returning the car, was impossible to unlock at the moment the deposit because there was not the receipt of the deposit transaction (with the code). We had to go back home, scanner it, and send it via email. Anyway, after this process, the deposit was unlocked immediately, so overall has been a good service.

Good service, but I don't know if depended by him, there was not the receipt of the deposit payment when we returned the car.
Good service, but he was in charge of telling us the problem encountered with the receipt, representing (in that specific moment) the company. And it's not of our interest if the guy who checked in left the company the same day, you (as company) should keep the information and should unlock the deposit in front of us (clients). We trusted anyway about sending the email and everything was done correctly after sending the copy of the receipt. So, as told before, a good service.
