We have to go back 3days earlyer, because my dad is dying. We called 5 days in advance. No reduction at all. I can present a doctors note of the palliatief situation. I thinck a human touch, would be better than the compagny policy. I am from Belgium so my english is not perfect.

The reservation was made by phone by our hotel. For some reason my international phone number (given by phone to your staff) didn't work when your employee tried to call me for the car delivery, even though I was able to call him afterwards from that number. So what I would recommend in such a case is that you directly test the number after reservation is made, in order to avoid such a problem at car delivery .
Other problem: we wanted a GPS but there was a misunderstanding so that the car was delivered without GPS, and we had to drive to the airport to get one... It would be useful that your employee who delivers the car always has a GPS available with him

Very nice person, really excellent service. Je delivered the car and could not reach me on my mobile phone (see above), but he waited until he managed to contact me.
It was not Iliana but an ukranian young man who served us, also a very nice and professional employee
