I just have a quick note or issue about the full coverage insurance which thank god we didn’t have to use but I purchase the insurance from the web where I booked the car and I was told by the guy at checkin that it is a third party and it’s not with them directly which in case we needed I have to cover and then get refunded which is a kind of hassle or confusion for a tourist renting a fully covered cover to relax and stay risk free to be asked to pay for a second insurance which I didn’t do and I decided to proceed with what I previously purchased from the web. I think this issue should be solved between the intermediate promoter of your company and your company not the end user that is renting a car and paying his Money to relax. That’s just the simple issue we had on checkin other than that all went perfect and the guys did great.
