The pick-up and return of the car process should be improved or at least better explained. Very difficult to find the address on the GPS when returning the car: the RETURN LOCATION should be available on the GPS device (saved in advance). Communications should NOT run over phone calls (paid for by the customer to higher rate due to being used in foreign country) but rather by means of texting/SMS which allows for efficient written indications. Otherwise everything OK, I would use the service again anytime.

The problems I mentioned have nothing to do with the personal service received, which was excellent given the overall business concept.

It's not the kind of car best suited for BG roads, too uncomfortable on country roads. A GPS/automatic gearbox/SUV category should be offered, especially to first-time customers, even if it costs twice or three times more.
I'd have paid double or three times the rate for any kind of SUV with automatic gearbox and a GPS.
