The car was reliable and in good working order this time, too. We visit Bulgaria almost every year and have never had any problems with the cars we’ve booked through "Top Rent a Car". (With another company—the one with a yellow logo and “easy” in its name—it’s been a different story every time; you might want to consider taking out life insurance before renting from them.)
It was a bit annoying that the vehicle displays and warnings were in Russian. I didn’t want to spend the time setting them to Bulgarian, English, or German. It was easier to set up the central infotainment system.

Not the car for me as I don’t ’fold’ easily but it did what it was supposed to do and seemed very fuel efficient.

The lady explained all matters related to the car rental in a factual and meticulous manner.
Mr. Dymitar guided us through the vehicle return process quickly and efficiently; he was a very polite, professional, and cheerful employee.

I had a great experience renting a car from Top Rent a Car. The car was great, no hassle and we were able to use it for exactly what we needed it for.

The queue in pick up was a bit slow but it was very busy, once to the front of the queue it was seemless, no attempt to upsell by the staff as usually the case with rental companies
Nice quick drop off, staff very friendly.
