I have nothing but praise. The staff are polite and very accommodating. They smile, despite their heavy workload. Highly commendable!

The pick-up and the entire transfer process are very well thought out. This includes the fact that the pick-up location is also clearly indicated in the agreement that was sent. Smiling, very friendly, and professional service. Excellent.
When my friend left some important belongings in the car, we were able to retrieve them quickly thanks to some excellent cooperation; I’d like to commend the young man who helped handle the situation.

A rather good driving experience. The suspension system is pleasantly soft, and the handling is very enjoyable, thanks to the small steering wheel and the active steering system. However, the fact that the car cannot maintain a set speed below 40 km/h was inconvenient for me, as there are many long stretches in the country where one has to drive slower than 40 km/h. For some reason, the connection between the car and my phone kept dropping; furthermore, being accustomed to the straighter roads of Estonia, I found it difficult to anticipate the curves—even though they were otherwise quite exciting. The car’s traffic sign recognition system is effectively useless here, as many locations lack signs indicating the end of a speed limit zone. There was also an issue with the folding side mirrors—they frequently failed to unfold when the car was unlocked—though, fortunately, there is a button that allows you to fold them out manually. Overall, however, the driving experience, the car’s capabilities, and its level of comfort were all very pleasant.
