Very good with a lot of info shared ahead of the check in. The process was a bit long but I understand it is different in each country you go.
I liked the little booklet with all cards for the insurance, permits and even the discount cards for the petrol service

He answered all the questions and explained all options. Maybe a bit too fast when he talks ;-)
Very fast return service. He was very nice: he removed from my hands the rabbish I wanted to get rid of from the car and asked if I needed any taxi service

Overall, everything with the car itself was perfectly fine, the vehicle was in good condition and we had no issues during the rental.
However, we were not informed about any penalty or additional fee for leaving the state. This was never clearly communicated to us at the time of booking or pickup. When we returned the car, we were unexpectedly charged €300 for this reason. Only at drop-off were we told that there would have been a €110 fee if we had declared it in advance, which we absolutely would have paid if we had been properly informed.
This lack of transparency was disappointing and significantly affected our overall experience.
