Quality of car was very good, top of the range and new (this year).
Price was competitive.
Customer care was great.
The pickup desk for signing documents, managing paperwork - always a worry - was clear and straight forward - though as with most dealings with paperwork in Bulgaria in banking local authority etc, a lot of documents have to be signed.
Picking up the vehicle in the nearby multi storey car park was good, all details of the car functionality were explained and existing 'nicks' and blemishes on the car pointed out for us to sign off.
When we returned the car to the same car park, the car was inspected straight away at the point of drop off for new damage - there was none - and all paperwork dealt with there and then, which was by simply clearing the deposit payment against possible damage. All done in minutes, without having the hassle of having to return to the pickup desk.
Only downside was if your flight arrives T1 you have to take a public courtesy bus with all your luggage to T2. Same vice versa on return. Would be nice to have courtesy car pick up. Also there were no instructions in the car on equipment and features. A printed sheet or online link to full manufacturers instructions would have been useful.

Got car I want for reasonable price and in perfect condition with excellent list of options such as navi, park assist and other. The personnel was very helpful and friendly, very fast and convenient pick up and drop off. Got the car in Burgas, returned in Plovdid. Botn locations were in airports. Was briefed how to drive in Bulgaria, what’s in the car etc. Very good experience. They were one who could provide by the moment a car with the option to drop it in the another city.

She was made the drop off easy and fast. Nadejda was at location then we arrive, so we did not have to wait or look for an agent. Very professional and friendly. Good in communication.
