In general, everything about the car was fine.
The only issue was that we were told we would have to to pay an extra fee so that we would not have to wash our car before bringing it back. This had not been part of the contract and we had to discuss with a local manager for 5 minutes before they figured out that we had made the contract before this change had been made.

Top Rent a Car ist eine tolle Möglichkeit sich günstig ein Auto für Bulgarien zu mieten. Ich finde die Website könnte überarbeitet werden, ich finde sie etwas unübersichtlich.

All in all, we were satisfied with the car rental.
But as we didn't know that we couldn't drop the car off directly at the airport, we had to drive back to the station outside the airport with all our luggage and had to pay parking fees for exceeding the stopping time at the airport. Due to the lost time, check-in at the airport with a child and baby carriage was also very stressful.
It would therefore make sense to explicitly inform customers of the exact address where the car has to be dropped off!
