Everything was very good - until the drop off!

It was very busy so it did take a while to be seen
After arriving and waiting (watching a family before us having problems with their return) I then received a text saying we were late! I replied that we were already waiting the more staff did then turn up and we were very rudely told we were late and pretty much told we were lying about when we got here! Apart from the unacceptable level of rudeness - it was not made clear to us that we had to be exactly on time returning the car. We had a flight to catch so clearly it was in our interest to not be late and to arrive about 20 minutes late was not unacceptable having driven from Veliko Tarnovo. It was the only negative from a great holiday with an otherwise great hire car experience but it did sour our last impression of the holiday. Completely unacceptable behaviour and sadly I would have to think twice before using your company again.

We came to the office at 03:00. A lady occupied your worker for more than 40 min! To prevent misting our flight, the shuttle driver took us without completion the drop-of ( that was completed in our absence). In short- you need another worker at night

Всичко беше наред, с изключение, че когато плащаш за застраховка на ден - очакваш тя да важи за всеки ден от наема индивидуално.
Когато ми се случи да я използвам, трябваше да изискам документ от КАТ и да прекарам 2-3 часа в обяснения, като в допълнение - останалата ми (платена) застраховка до края на периода отпадна...
Разбирам, че такива са Ви условията, просто не го смятам за окей и давам обратна връзка.
