The overall service was very good. However, I must say we were disappointed when we arrived to Sofia because we had been told that somebody would be waiting for us at the airport and that was not the case. We had to look for the company's telephone number in the reservation voucher and call to say we had arrived. This is not a problem but customers should be properly instructed in advance on how to proceed upon their arrival so they don't become confused and upset.

Top Rent A Car:
Dear Mr. Ojea,
Thank you for your feedback!
Our team always strive to provide professional services to all our customers in order to contribute for their good vacation or business trip and to be nice memory to remember.
We apologize about the inconvenience that you had to wait us at the Airport. Usually, the shuttle bus passes every 10 minutes between the terminals if there are customers who are still not picked up.
We will be very glad to be at your service in the future when you need to rent a car.
Kind Regards,

Small car if you have large baggages with you. But a good one to go to through the city. Car in a good shape, although I kinda missed the "Sync" entertainment system that Ford offers in many of their cars from 2017-2018, so you can connect easily your phone to the car, needed in most of the business trips. No other concerns than the one mentioned.

Experience went good overall, good customer service. Car went good too, it was a "free upgrade" but we didn't receive the car we want it. We understand sometimes there are not available but we booked it with time so there was supposed to be one available.

He forgot to give us the Green card we paid to get into the Macedonian and Serbian border. We had a really bad experience with the Macedonian authorities because of this, we thought we had everything in order but we didn't so finally we had to pay with our own money another green card until money was returned from top rent a car.
Very fast and effective. She gave us the money back from the green card purchased in the Macedonian border.

Car is very easy and comfortable to drive specially in the city. However, even if it's still comfortable in highways, the fuel drops a bit fast.
