I did not like when I found that the car is not equipped with active GPS system. I ordered the car with GPS.
We picked up a car late at night and I relied on GPS to find the way to our hotel.
We'll be glad if the declared rebukes are considered by the management and the service level is fixed appropriately.
I mean the GPS issue and the incident at the car drop-off.

bad
Everything was decent besides the GPS issue that I described above.
Unexpectedly I was asked to pay 25 euro for checking the car out of the working hours. When I picked the car up I was told just to park the car at the parking lot and return the keys to the office when I will drop-off the vehicle. That is why I conclude that this was the tricky way to make me overpay. It smells pretty bad for the respectful rent a car company.

We received the car from Deyan on the 31st March . Everything was done in a professional manner . I have pre paid for a WiFi device which wasn’t available at the time of the pick up but Deyan took care of it and delivered it to my house the day after . The problem we’ve had with it was after the 5 day the connection was super slow so it was impossible to use . I don’t think I’ll use this option again to be honest . The car was good and what I was expecting. At the return the guy was kind considering the difficulties he experienced with the faulty bank device (not his fault perhaps HQ can asses and upgrade with working ones ) All in all a good , smooth service will recommend again . Thank you .

Good , professional guy struggled a bit with broken bank terminal (not his fault ) Happy with his service .
