Evereything was well till the day of the drop of. We ask if we can do it 2 hours earlier and they tell us there was no problem. We wanted to do it at 10,10 instead of 12,30. Finally they arrive at 13,05! We were almost 3 hours waiting with a baby and a ypung child. During the waitig time they tell is that we couldnt do the drop off earlier if we didnt do it in the office, that wasnt the first information they gave us. Of I do the drop off late I have to pay more, what happens in this case? Very angry with this situation.

Автoмoбилът нямаше някои основни функции, като например датчик за паркиране от предната страна, осветление което автоматично да се включва при отваряне на вратата, Apple CarPlay. При наемането на подобен клас това са неща които се очаква да бъдат на разположение.

The overall service was very good. The car was excellent and the staff was great. The only confusion was that at booking you are told that you will pick up the car at Terminal 2 on the second floor someone will wait for you with a sign Top Rent, while when you arrive at the airport they tell you that your car is at another office - luckily the office is not far, just a stop away with the metro, but You still have to travel at your own expense, and to figure out how to get there. The place is in the middle of undeveloped industrial land. If you do not have Internet on your phone to access google maps you may miss it out. While the staff explained this is a brand new office that helps the with the processing time, it is worth either arranging a shuttle or at least give clear instructions to the clients ahead of time instead of just blaming the 3rd party booking website about the confusion. The top-rent person at the terminal gets a lot of angry remarks for the same reason, and just serves the bad new to the customers with a the address of the new office. Top rent should At least give a spare ticket for the one stop travel on the metro, to help the customer reach the pick up location, since they have not arranged their communications with the bookers…
