Overall I feel like the price has gone up and the service was worse than it has been in the past. However it was still better than I have experienced with other car rental companies.

He wasn't able to do the checkout in garage so I had to go up to the office were I had to queue up for 20 mins just to return the key. Plus I had to pay 2 times for the parking because I was told to pay and let the office know but the office then made me pay another time.

Some delay at the pick up and the agent didn’t know anything about the international driving license we had from Lebanon. At first he was reluctant to give us the car but afterwards and mainly because we had paid all the amount by credit card before arrival he proceeded with the paperworks.
