Experience went good overall, good customer service. Car went good too, it was a "free upgrade" but we didn't receive the car we want it. We understand sometimes there are not available but we booked it with time so there was supposed to be one available.

He forgot to give us the Green card we paid to get into the Macedonian and Serbian border. We had a really bad experience with the Macedonian authorities because of this, we thought we had everything in order but we didn't so finally we had to pay with our own money another green card until money was returned from top rent a car.
Very fast and effective. She gave us the money back from the green card purchased in the Macedonian border.

Car is very easy and comfortable to drive specially in the city. However, even if it's still comfortable in highways, the fuel drops a bit fast.

Everything run nice and smooth once we were spoken to, the only issue is long wait to be seen when we were dropping the car off.

Everything perfect, quick and efficient.
Service provided by Victor was excellent, however we had to wait about 15 minutes before we were seen by anyone.

My mistake came too early, the car was delivered exactly at the agreed time.
Perfect, also called a taxi and helped with suitcases. Thanks Lili

when we got to the airport, no one waited for us and we were'nt sure what to do. this was confusing and scary. I happened to find someone i knoew and asked to call you office, which said that we should wait outside for a shuttle. The same was true when we returned the car - there was only one person there that also did the shuttles to the airport, who we could have missed and start worrying that the office is closed
