Quick documents production but not convenient location for it.
You need better indication at your office in airport with maps and explanation about how to reach your location where is the car.

Very gentle and helpful person. I was angry because it was difficult to find car delivery place. I apologize.

The car was very ok and also the return-process. The location of the office is a real problem - costs you minimum 2x 45 min. And many assistance systems were switched off which always takes time in a not that well known car to find how to activate

Оцінка послуги:
good
Overall the rental process was smooth and the staff was polite and professional.
The only disappointment was an additional late service fee applied despite an early return due to a flight reschedule.
I hope the company will consider more flexibility in such situations in the future.

The car was clean and technically fine.
The overall experience was slightly affected by an additional late service fee
applied despite an early return due to a flight reschedule.
Apart from this, the rental process was smooth and the staff was professional.
