I made a fairly last minute reservation, so I had to wait about 20 minutes after my pick-up time for the car to be ready.

Mihail was great. He made sure I understood the contract and was very quick with the paperwork.
Pavel was nice. He was being screamed at by a customer who didn't want to follow the rules, but still managed to take my keys and documents so that I could get on the shuttle and get to the airport, as I was running late.

This car is nice, but there was a very bad storm while I was driving through the mountain to Botevgrad. The car is light and doesn't handle well in such extreme conditions.

The car was as expected. The getting of the car was delayed due to volume of people. The return was ok.

Waited too long. It needed more people available for the volume of customers

Good service. Would be helpful if more information is sent via email on details on collecting the car
We were not aware we had to visit your kiosk in T1. Our paperwork suggested we would be picked up by the shuttle bus running between T1 and T2.

We were happy with the clean and working car we got. Only thing that was a little bothersome was a car specific problem with the tire pressure (we were constantly asked bey the car computer to reset it..). And the lane keeping assisstatnt can get troublesome on bulgarian roads and with drivers who do not stay on their lane. ^^"

excellent
