Overall one of the best experience with car rental.
Оцінка персоналу:

Very good English, professional behaviour, willing to help. The only thing I not sure about it the additional insurance recommended by Diyan, which i purchased, but still have the feeling and need to study the conditions for the next time.
Very good, professional, just not so talkative and pleasant as Diyan. In fact very correct behaviour, so thank you!

Good collection process and very helpful staff in Sofia. But terrible drop off and unfair taxation.

Kris was very helpful in explaining the process and rules of renting the vehicle.
This Aleks guy was nowhere to be found. Stayed there for 30min looking for him. In the end I just dropped the keys and docs behind the computer on the stand in the airport. I also believe I was taxed £30 extra for “difference in petrol”. That is the price of almost a full tank - the car was given back with roughly 92% petrol remaining!
