This time I had a not pleasant situation - one wiper on a windshield was intentionally damaged ( bended) by vandals near our apartments in the middle of our rent. Might be I did not clearly explain a situation to your call center operator - I was advised to come to the office in the airport, but only at the office it became clear that this kind of a damage is not covered by your insurance without police protocol. As I already left a place where it was happened, I decided not to claim a case to a policy, and pay for this damage after evaluation at the Renault service station from a deposit left.
Might be next time I will purchase insurance from Rentalcars ( where I made an order)

Hello! Agents at the Varna airport are friendly and helpful. BUT is there any way to speed up the process? It is quite lengthy with filling out multiple forms and multiple credit card bookings and going back and forth to the car park. If there are other customers waiting before you (which happened to me now twice), the wait gets very long very fast since it takes 15-20 minute per customer.
Oh and somehow I reserved a Nissan Quasqai but got a VW Tiguan instead. Not a big deal, but why, since I explicitly reserved the other one?

For a car in this price range it is surprising there is no camera for driving backwards. The Quashqai (however you spell it) is in the same price bracket and has a whole array of cameras.
