The car was very nice and easy pick up. I had problems with getting a police report on a minor scratch, because they couldnt talk english. I talked with you on the phone but you couldnt guarentee anything. I think you could have fixed the situation by seeing the damage on the pictures I sent you, and then told me if it was okay or not, on the same day, and not when I was going to drop off the car. It was frustrating to wait almost 8 days not knowing, also considering it was a really small scratch. Except that a good service. A very nice man who helped us pick up the car(not the man you have a photo on the “pick up”. The guy who helped us drop off the car(Maybe the guy under the “pick up”) was not very forthcoming, but okay

Whilst the car performed ok it was a bit past its sell by date. It was heavily scratched, burn marks on the seats and 167000 on the clock. The SAT NAV froze twice but otherwise ok.

Good approach to state of vehicle; very scratched and well used.
