A small mix-up with the reservation meant a slight delay in getting our car. The staff sorted the issue out and we were very happy about that and the car.

Staff were polite and efficient. The office at drop off however was undermanned. Desislava was expected to be in three places at once which is totally unreasonable and ends up presenting a poor image of the company through no fault of her own.

Only issue was coming out of the airport. There were no signs to direct us to shuttle pick up point which resulted in lots of walking back and forth and getting stressed. If the airport won't allow a sign then a map of pick up point would be very useful.

Suitable for town journey but perhaps should have had a bigger car for the longer journeys. It was a bit revvy. Also felt uncomfortable in it on high speed road in the rain.

The car was amazing very comfortable clean hassle free
The booking process was easy shuttle to and from airport was v efficient
The only thing needs to speed up is the picking up and dropping off time it takes almost 30 min to pick up and drop off despite me checking in on line otherwise would definitely recommend
And yes tell the staff to smile more it goes a long way

I haven't given an excellent as Toprentacar have added an additional "optional" charge at pickup. You have the option to pay €18 to have the car washed on return. If you don't take this option they can charge you €36 when dropping off if they decide the car isn't clean enough. I really felt that I had no choice but to pay the €18, I think this should be included in the basic price at booking
