Автoмoбилът нямаше някои основни функции, като например датчик за паркиране от предната страна, осветление което автоматично да се включва при отваряне на вратата, Apple CarPlay. При наемането на подобен клас това са неща които се очаква да бъдат на разположение.

The overall service was very good. The car was excellent and the staff was great. The only confusion was that at booking you are told that you will pick up the car at Terminal 2 on the second floor someone will wait for you with a sign Top Rent, while when you arrive at the airport they tell you that your car is at another office - luckily the office is not far, just a stop away with the metro, but You still have to travel at your own expense, and to figure out how to get there. The place is in the middle of undeveloped industrial land. If you do not have Internet on your phone to access google maps you may miss it out. While the staff explained this is a brand new office that helps the with the processing time, it is worth either arranging a shuttle or at least give clear instructions to the clients ahead of time instead of just blaming the 3rd party booking website about the confusion. The top-rent person at the terminal gets a lot of angry remarks for the same reason, and just serves the bad new to the customers with a the address of the new office. Top rent should At least give a spare ticket for the one stop travel on the metro, to help the customer reach the pick up location, since they have not arranged their communications with the bookers…

The cleaning chargers were unexpected. The additional cost feels unfair considering the cars will be cleaned before the next renter. I was charged for having beach sand in the car, not even a lot of sand. I also placed all my trash in a trash bag, assuming your facilities are capable of disposing of trash.

Great service
Fine service, but was the bringer of bad news, related to the companies extreme policy of charging customers for beach sand.
