Оцінка послуги:
good
The cleaning chargers were unexpected. The additional cost feels unfair considering the cars will be cleaned before the next renter. I was charged for having beach sand in the car, not even a lot of sand. I also placed all my trash in a trash bag, assuming your facilities are capable of disposing of trash.
Оцінка персоналу:
good
Great service
Fine service, but was the bringer of bad news, related to the companies extreme policy of charging customers for beach sand.

we returned a reasonably clean car, like we always do. the agent wanted to charge 50 us dollars for cleaning!!!!! i did not agree to sign the document and took pictures of the inside to show you. this is outrageous! i would like to send the pictures to you. how do i do that?

he wanted to charge 50 dollars because he said the car was extremely dirty! it was definitely not. we used it for 2 weeks so it was not sterile, but we are civilized couple and we returned it as we slways do and never got complains. this is outrageous!!!!!
