Оцінка послуги:

I liked the very friendly and helpful service of the team and the car was in good condition as always. What can be better: 45 minutes waiting time at the car pick up is definitely not what I have expected, 2) the tyres apparently were not been checked before the car was given to me. I had to pump the tyres 6 times in 2 days.

Dear Anna, Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we did. We always encourage our clients to directly contact us whenever they experience any inconveniences, so we can react ASAP. We will pass your comments about tyres to the technical department so this situation never repeats again. We are sorry that you had to wait so long to pick up the car. We are trying to make the pick up process easy and smooth and usually it takes not more then 10-15 minutes. We will be glad to see you again!

Услугата за предоставяне на автомобила е на отлично ниво, но автомобила не е в добро състояние за цената, която се иска за услугата - почти пробит ауспух, използвана е доста.

Dear Mr. Brashda,
We always encourage our clients to directly contact us whenever they experience any inconveniences.
Please, note that the vehicles are being checked before each rent and and delivery/acceptance protocol is prepared in advance. We provide it to the customers and they are checking the car by themselves and in case of any disagreement You can return to the desk and to notify the agent. This is an international policy of letting the car to the client.
We would like to look into this further but need some more information. Please email customer.service@toprentacar.bg with all the details of your experience.
Thanks.
