We got a flat tire on the highway, and called your on line service, very hard to get someone. We had to manage ourselves to get a new tire with the very kind help of the Petna pomocht.

Оцінка послуги:
very bad
- e-car is definitely not adapted to travel outside of Sofia - very poor infrastructure with so long charge process (more than 3h) !
- very low autonomy of the car
- electricity charged during car return is more expensive that at charge stations - obviously nobody will spend 3 hour more to charge you the car one more time ! No sense !
- administrative charges of 15 don't exists in other european country. Why in Bulgaria ?
