The overall service and the car are really good. What I have not appreciated:
-even if you make a full insurance with booking this is not enough since in case of damage you have to pay them and ask the refund to booking, otherwise you have to buy an additional insurance from them for 36€.
- you have to pay 18€ for cleaning service. This pice is crazy and should be clarified upfront and not when you check in the car.

The car had several warnings active, for example service overdue and low tire pressure. I had no time to ask for assistance but overall I had no troubles during the driving. I had to call the phone assistance to have the return address; they replied quickly and sending me the link via whatsapp. Much appreciated!

The process was quite time consuming and the guy seemed not to take seriously the fact that I was in late. Nevertheless, they started a shuttle bus just for me alone to save the time to my flight with a very friendly driver, so overall I was in good time for my flight.

At the pick up the fuel wasn't full, but the operator told me that It was full but the max level indicated is always "almost" full. I had a pictures of the level. At the drop off The operator told me that theee Is a small lake of fuel. I told him that It was at the same level of the rental start time. It seems a bad game to the customer to gain some Money by the caution. Fortunately they didn't do It.

The car was in good shape and both services (pick-up and drop-off) were smooth and clear. Only bad thing the key battery went down, this should be better checked before give cars to customers, to avoid them bad experiences.
