No problems, delay cause of the shuttle connection to the office is acceptable.
one hour delay on return, one day fee to pay WITH full insurance, that was very disappointing as a vip client. Bad obligingness. Next time i will have an eye for competitors.

an hour over time cost more then the original booking for 3 days. That a delay costs additional money is ok, but over 200 BGN it’s alsmost a scam.

I didn't understand his English. He was arrogant and not really friendly.
The car I got from his female colleague, because he was busy with other customers.
He answered my questions (I could understand his english) and we finished fast.

Many damages at the car.
You have to look carefully when you pick up the car, that they notice every damage in their protocol.
The price for a week was good.

The qualitys of tires is not acceptable. When its raining, its very dangerous to drive with this terrible tires. I had 2 years ago just a problem, beacuase one of the tires exloded, but it was a new car. The ADAC, who tow away my car, said he know this problem with the tires and its happen often by Top rent Car tires. Please change the quality of tires, beacause its dangerous for the life of your clients. You save money on wrong place.
2 Point:
You say im long time client, who gets 15% discount, beacause i take often cars by Top Rent Car. Buit my friend was going first time on your Top Rent Car Page and the prise was the same, like what i get.
I find its as big kidding, what Top Rent Car is doing with me. I don`t get my 15% discount, its unfortunately true. :(
Great wishes
