It took 2 hours and 5 minutes (!) from the moment I enterd your office till I got the car keys. Disaster!

Didnt gave me any introduction and explenetion about the car even after I asked to.

the pick-up takes much too long! You could collect all necessary information upfront and speed up the process easily. I returned the car 2 hours earlier than agreed and was charged 24 EUR for this! Your staff Tihomir Zdravkov is very unfriendly, could not even show me where this is written in the contract. On the voucher nothing was mentioned about such a fee.

Car was not ready when picking up. Took more than 45min. Because it was given to someone else who drove it first without re-fueling.
The car punctured, after warning against tire inflation level since the beginning.

the car was bad. It stopped working and could not be started in the middle of the day. The crew in Plovdiv especially the manager provide very slow service and were very un friendly I was in a hurry since I missed many meetings due to the broken car. Terrible service

Overall chap did a good job
Extremely rude and abrupt. Try to blame me for him to stay longer at job, which was extremely un-professional. Lied about the office closing time, as I was entering the terminal the office was still open after 2015 Chap was only I treating in charging more and more Didn’t know how to process looked confused most of the time Extremely disappointed experience I will have to think twice to use top rent in the future

It took us more than 2 hours to get the vehicle back, without any apology from the staff. We extended the rental by one day, it took multiple attempts to finally receive a link to pay…. no commercial offer was proposed, worse, the price was very high compared to the rental of several days. As if that were not enough, there was a misunderstanding about the return time of the vehicle and there again we have to pay a huge price for 3 additional hours. I did not ask for 2 hours less rental when I waited 2 hours for my vehicle…. simply scandalous

Totaly bad company. NIT RETURNED DEPOSIT... WANT CHARGE FOR SCRACESS BUT SCRACSES WAS BEFORE WE RENT CAR. WE HAVE ALL VIDEO.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE DEPOSIT FOR 620€.

We paid for full 7 days.
But they charge us pluss 2 hours.
