The car was fine, the gps regular,it worked sometimes maybe it should be updated and we had a problem so we were charged 50€ for smoking in the car but we were told that we can not smoke inside so we didn’t,the only thing my partner has tabbacco for rolling so maybe some fall down but we always smoked outside the car and the wind bring some ash inside but this is crazy we did not smoke inside even once, even if its not to the car with the door open we have to be charged for this?? And also we were in bansko for 5 days we didnt use the car even once we are very uppset with this situation !! We understand the rules of the company and cars but we ask for some understanding from your side,we wait for your answer.

The car was OK. We were disappointed because we ordered a Toyota Yaris and it was guaranteed for us but we got another car instead. Another unpleasant thing was that the car we received was all scratched. We photographed all the barges that were in the car and we hope you will not relate us scratches which were done before because we did not add new scratching. We returned the car with a full tank of fuel and put the keys in a key box at the desk

Even though we pre-ordered a children car seat, it needed about an hour to really get it. In this time, nobody told us that this might take a bit, so we have waited in the very cold parking area together with our two year old. In addition, your agents had their car running, probably because they were cold as well. The exhaust from that was not very nice either.
I know that mistakes can happen and this is "ok". However, next time just tell us that it might take longer, so that we can have a coffee somewhere warmer.

See before for the issues with the children seat.
That was ok in principle, only that someone should really get the guys some heater, so that they don't have to run the car engine all the time.

The car was exactly right for us, only that it had an issue with the air in the front right wheel. We had to get it pumped twice and did not really dare to go where we initially planned.
Regarding the price: For the customer, it cannot be "too low", can it? The question is a bit weird.

The customer returning his car before me was very unkind with Nadezhda and her colleague, but they tried to manage the situation in a very professional way.

We don't like the new system of having to go to Terminal 1 when when we land in terminal 2. The old system meant much less carrying of luggage.
There was no one to meet us at the airport on arrival and the TopRentACar desk was closed. Altogether, not such an enjoyable experience this time.

Колата имаше неподправени щети на задната дясна врата, която правеше затварянето трудно. Имаше и други козметични дефекти, както и проблеми със съединителя.
