The car the staff and everything was okay. Only the waiting time on Monday when I picked up the car was diseaster, 1 hour. There were a brutal long queue in your office. Please next time make stronger your team, more people for so busy moments. Thank you.

It would be nice to have e.g. a step available for the vans, it is quite high to get into the car for any persons with physical disabilities.

They were a good rental company. Wish they explain about car & traffic rules in Bulgaria to new customers.

It was easy.
It was not difficult except that they were challenged to deal customers with tfc violations

The team was very helpful even when we had a flat tire situation. At drop off there was a scrash not cause by us but it was not in the list of scratches of the record of the car. I belive a better control and verification at pick up wiuld be helpful. During the pick up, because we had premium insurance, the agent did not check the car with us for correctiveness of the car damages records, hence we missed an unmarked scrach. Nevertheless, the team was very professional.
